The person you speak with before the inspection is the same person who carries it out and the same person who can answer your questions afterwards.
Our reports follow Australian Standards AS 4349.1 and AS 4349.3. They are written in plain English with photographs of every significant finding, and delivered within 24 hours of the inspection.

Before the inspection
- We confirm the time and access details with the agent or builder so you don't have to follow up.
- We provide a fixed price upfront — no surprises on the invoice.
- If you have specific concerns about the property, tell us beforehand and we'll pay particular attention.
During the inspection
- You are welcome to attend and walk through the property with the inspector.
- We assess every accessible area — roof exterior, roof cavity, subfloor, structure, interior, exterior, and wet areas.
- Questions during the inspection are encouraged. There are no time limits on your access to the inspector on the day.
After the inspection
- Your written report is delivered within 24 hours of the inspection, typically by the following morning.
- The report is a detailed PDF with photographs of all significant findings.
- Call or message the inspector directly if you have questions about any finding in the report.
