• Provide you with a price and available times for the inspection you have enquired about
• Confirm and manage your inspection booking once accepted
• Contact you by phone or email regarding your specific enquiry or booking
• Deliver your inspection report following the inspection
• Follow up with you if we are unable to reach you regarding a booked inspection

We do not send marketing emails or SMS messages without your explicit consent. If you receive a communication from us, it will be in direct response to an enquiry or booking you have made.

3. Email and phone communication

When you submit a quote request, we will contact you by phone and/or email to provide your quote and discuss your requirements. All communication relates directly to the enquiry or booking you have initiated.

We do not add your contact details to any marketing list. We do not contact you after your enquiry or booking is resolved unless you initiate further contact with us.

4. Website analytics

We may use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our website. These tools may collect information such as pages visited, time spent on the site, and the device and browser used. This data is aggregated and anonymous — it does not identify you personally.
